Orders can be cancelled within 10–15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Once the order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the perishable nature of meat products, refunds are issued only in the following cases:

You received a wrong item.

The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive damaged or spoiled meat, we will provide a free replacement whenever possible.

4. No Refund / No Return Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:

The customer dislikes the taste or texture (as meat is a natural product).

The customer fails to be available at the time of delivery.
