At Heebafresh, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality meat products to all our customers. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10–15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at 9898069289.

  • 2. Refund Policy

    • Due to the perishable nature of meat products, refunds are issued only in the following cases:

      1. You received a wrong item.

      2. The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

      3. You were charged but the order failed or did not get confirmed.

    • Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

    • 3. Replacement Policy

      • If you receive damaged or spoiled meat, we will provide a free replacement whenever possible.

      • Replacement is subject to availability.

      • 4. No Refund / No Return Conditions

        Refunds will not be provided if:

        • The customer dislikes the taste or texture (as meat is a natural product).

        • The customer fails to be available at the time of delivery.

        • The product was not stored properly after delivery.
