  • 2. Product Information

    • We offer fresh meat products, subject to availability.

    • Product images displayed on the website are for representation; actual items may vary in size, cut, or appearance.

    • We ensure all meat is sourced, cleaned, and packed hygienically.

    • 3. Pricing & Payments

      • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

      • Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.

      • Payments are accepted through:

        • Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

        • Cash on Delivery (if applicable)

      • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, Razorpay will process the refund as per their policy.

      • 4. Orders & Acceptance

        • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
          We reserve the right to:

          • Cancel or refuse any order

          • Limit quantities

          • Modify product availability

        • Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products.

        • 5. Delivery Terms

          • Delivery is available in selected areas only.

          • Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.

          • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be canceled without refund (for perishable items).

        • 6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

          Due to the perishable nature of meat, we only accept refund or replacement requests in valid cases such as:

          • Wrong item delivered

          • Damaged or spoiled product

          • Order charged but not confirmed

          Requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

        • 7. Customer Responsibilities

          Customers must ensure:

          • Accurate delivery address and contact information

          • Timely availability to receive the order

          • Proper handling and refrigeration of meat after delivery

          We are not responsible for spoilage caused due to improper storage.
